Academics

In partnership with Southeastern University

Southeastern University (in Lakeland, FL) partners with Higher Vision Church to host an instructional site on the church campus, and offer students affordable degree programs. Working closely with local leadership, SEU offers an educational experience that combines the flexibility of university-level courses with the experiential learning opportunities at the local Church site.

Get Started

Becoming an HVLC student is easy! There are four steps to the admissions process.

1. Apply to HVLC

Do you want to discover and develop your divine design? Fill out an application to start the process of becoming an HVLC student. Applications for Fall 2024 are now open!

2. In-Person Interview

Let’s get to know each other! A member of our HVLC staff will reach out to schedule an in-person interview with you and our team.

 

3. Apply to SEU

After you have been accepted to HVLC, you will apply to SEU to take accredited college courses

4. Apply for financial aid

Once you have been accepted to SEU, you will fill out a FAFSA application to apply for financial aid.

Frequently Asked Questions

A: The first step in applying for aid is filing the FAFSA. This must be completed EACH YEAR and the easiest way to file is online; you can apply here. Southeastern’s federal school code is 001521. The financial aid department does not know how much aid you are eligible to receive until you have been accepted and the FAFSA has been completed.

A: The day-to-day schedules are set up in a way to ensure the greatest achievable growth in the life of our students. Higher Vision Leadership College students have a Saturday through Wednesday schedule, with Thursdays and Fridays off. Higher Vision Leadership College aims to not only educate the students through classroom teaching but also through practical experience.
